Returns-Exchanges-Sales

Returns or exchanges are accepted when postmarked within 10 days after your package has been delivered to you. Returns must be received in original unused condition. Leave the tag on when you try something on, returns MUST have a new tag still attached to the item. If you tell us that it has a tag and it doesn't it will be returned to you without a credit issued. We kindly ask that you first email or call to obtain a return authorization number (RA #) before mailing the return, which allows us to better process returns and exchanges. All tags, cards, and/or pouches must be included with your return. The tag should remain attached unless the item did not come with one. The RA number should be clearly be written on the outside of your package, or it may be refused. No returns will be accepted past 30 days after the date of delivery. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at your expense. 

Discounted and special order items are not returnable unless there is a defect of some kind. Return shipping is at your expense.

All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure it is in brand new, quality condition. We do the same upon return. We cannot accept any return that is in used and/or worn condition. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are ever in doubt of an item, please send an email prior to buying to avoid costly returns and disappointing purchases.

We recommend shipping items back insured as we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.  A good rule of thumb is to gently shake your package - if it is packaged well, you won't hear or feel jiggling. Message us at info@marytykes.com for return authorization and the address. The cost of  your insurance is not refundable.

All items purchased from any sale or promotion and/or purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALES are not eligible for refund or store credit. 

ALL Sales and their discount codes can not be applied to any pre-order, past order, future order or combined with any other discount code, promo code, automatic discount or other sale.

*If you made a purchase on eligible items within 24 hours prior to the launch of a Sales Event, please send an email to info@MaryTykes.com to receive a store credit for the value of the discount code per your order.
